Racking Up Fans: How Summer Robert Turned Unwanted Attention Into Big Success Online

Known as Scotch Dolly on the web, the content creator turned public hostility into promotion for her body-positive OnlyFans page.

Summer Robert — known online as Scotch Dolly — has a rare medical condition (Macromastia) that’s made her body something strangers feel entitled to comment on her entire life. Known as the woman with the “biggest boobs in the UK,” she can’t walk down a street, ride a subway, or visit a theme park without being catcalled, groped, filmed, or asked to cover up.

Developing a Fanbase

Humiliated and dehumanized for years, Robert decided to turn the thing(s) she was most self-conscious about into something that works for her, flipping the script on the gawkers to make money off their fascination on OnlyFans. Now, the same attention that used to make her cry is making her cash and it took a major mindset flip to ultimately make her proud of her body and herself.

“Before OnlyFans I was like, oh, this is awful,” Robert shares on the Holly Randall Unfiltered podcast. “Now I’m like — subscribe, guys, subscribe. They’re like, you’re so hot. I’m like, Scotch Dolly on all platforms.”

Macromastia saw her develop early, but it was at the age of 25 that a hormone shift triggered extreme and rapid growth: 11 bra sizes in a year. With a rare R cup measurement, and standing at only 4’11”, she carries roughly 60 lbs on her chest alone. She says she might even continue to grow, but either way, the burden she’s carried has turned into what makes her special and something she’s admired for by her adoring fans.

Promoting Body Positivity

“I used to hate them growing up… but now I’m like, these are me,” the content creator says. “I love my boobs. They’re so cute.”

Robert, who has recently received press from TMZ and US Weekly, says she never considered a reduction because doctors told her the growth could return, but also because of the severe scarring that might occur. And now that she’s made body positivity part of her brand, she has no desire to change herself. “These are me,” she says.

Though she started highlighting her breasts out of necessity, somewhere along the way she became an advocate for self-acceptance that we can all learn from.  Taking ownership of the narrative was a process, though, and it’s one she admits she still grapples with at times. As she shares with Randall, the harassment she received —and still receives— on the street is exhausting, hurtful and even scary sometimes.

Public Promotion and Personal Challenges

Negative comments are the norm when she’s out in public. She’s been kicked out of Disneyland for being “dressed inappropriately,” and a man even masturbated across from her on a crowded subway. The turning point was reframing the attention, not changing. She learned to treat her public interactions as promotion and income, which all creators can learn from.

While her professional life is in a great place, Robert does admit that personal relationships can be a challenge. “It’s really hard to see if someone wants to be with me because of who I am as a person, or if they want to be with me because they love big boobs,” she says. “I’m like a walking fetish.”

Either way, her OnlyFans page is a place where she can share what she wants on her own terms and reclaim her power. Robert’s success also provides a practical lesson in leaning into a niche rather than fighting it. Becoming an adult content creator led her to stop trying to blend in and start charging for what already makes her impossible to ignore.
